Fast international shipping

Yes! you found the right parts for your repair but you live thousands of miles away from Rounded where you found it. We can imagine that you have a lot of questions and we would like to answer all of them. Just let us start with “we do!” we do ship internationally and far abroad, no matter where you are we will help you get the package to your door.
What happens to your order

Awesome! Let’s imagine that you placed the order with us, what happens then? First you will receive a confirmation email from us in which we would like to thank you for placing the order with us and that we promise to help you. After this the preparation begins When everything of your order is in direct stock we will ship out the same day. If something is not ready yet we will wait until the full order is ready and ship everything out in 1 package.

UPS Express
This is our major express service. The UPS pickup at Rounded logistics centre is 6pm local time. UPS delivers packages worldwide and very fast. You can track the whole process and have customs support from us and UPS by phone and email. Do you need your spare part very fast and want to enjoy the maximal level of support? Then we advise this courier.
DHL Express
DHL Express delivery is a worldwide premium shipment method for fast door to door delivery. The pickup for the delivery is 5 PM every business day. With this shipment method you enjoy customs support, full support about tracking and transit from DHL. Also the Rounded support team can help you with all your questions after the shipment is done. When your shipment is prepared you will be notified with a tracking number by email immediately.
General Logistics Systems B.V. GLS is a shipping company which delivers only throughout 41 countries in Europe. This shipping method has a door to door delivery and track and trace where you can follow the package. This option has customer support from both us and GLS.
PostNL pakket
We have temporarily disabled PostNL's services until they rectify their delivery performance issues.
PostNL is only the Dutch national carrier whom we ship with in the Netherlands. This option has customer support from us and PostNL plus track and trace on your order.

Customs & taxes
In Europe
The taxes are included in all private orders placed from and to Europe(all countries except from the UK and Switzerland).

Business customers within the EU (if your account is not vat free please contact our sales department via this link so that they can convert your account to a vat free dealer account with a nice discount).

Outside of Europe
When you're living outside of Europe we only charge the product that you are buying and the actual shipping from us to your door. Please note that in this case the carrier can charge import costs which can differ per country. For larger orders we recommend to pre check this with your government website or ask our customer support to help you so there will not be any suprises.
